BMP2500 (Sweet Buttermilk P BMP2500)

Buttermilk Powder (BMP) is a dried milk powder which has been manufactured from buttermilk extracted from sweet cream during the butter churning process and pasteurized prior to condensing. BMP has a protein content of not less than 30.0%. BMP for human consumption complies with all provisions of the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. BMP is produced under sanitary conditions, meeting or exceeding FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-based Preventive Controls for Human Food (21 CFR 117). Product is not intended for infants.
