Roasted Peanuts Granulated (CT)

Nutrin Distribution Company (hereafter Nutrin) is the marketing arm of Nutrin SA, manufacturer of the following products: Peanut Splits and Chopped Peanuts Peanut Butter and Peanut Paste Partially Defatted Peanut Flour Peanut Oil Peanut Extract, and Organic versions of the above products. Nutrin hereby notifies all whom it may concern that these products ARE SOURCED FROM PEANUTS AND, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY WARRANTED TO BE FREE OF ALLERGENS, CONTAIN PEANUT ALLERGENS. Nutrin draws attention to all of its clients that there are persons who are allergic to peanuts, among whom there is a small number of persons who are morbidly allergic. It is required that all customers of Nutrin who purchase these ingredients list the words PEANUT somewhere on the ingredient label or, lacking that, then in some other prominent place on the packaging in order to notify the consumer that the product contains ingredients that come from a facility where peanuts are processed. Nutrin further notifies all whom it may concern that the factories producing the above products process only peanuts and are therefore FREE OF ALL NON-PEANUT ALLERGENS.
