This product is made exclusively from milk or cream or both, from cows not treated with the artificial growth hormone rBST, without salt or color. It contains not less than 81% by weight of milk fat. The cream shall be pasteurized at a temperature of not less than 185°F and held for not less than 15 seconds or its equivalent in bacterial destruction. Butter will meet USDAclassification for AAButter standards.
