DRIED STRAWBERRY APPLE FLAKES 30# (Sweetened w/Pectin) (209014)

Dried strawberry/apple flakes are prepared from inspected, undepectinized strawberry and depectinized apple puree concentrates. Fruit pectin is added back in to the concentrate blend at a controlled level. The concentrate is drum dried, flaked, and sugar is added. Citric Acid is added as a processing aid to prevent color oxidation during fruit processing. The flake and sugar mixture is then hammer-milled and packaged. One 30.0 lb carton contains the equivalent amount of 24.4lbs.of single strength fruit solids.
