Food Allergen Safety Statement This is to certify that the following products: • Red Tart Pitted Cherries • Maraschino Cherries • Tart Cherry Concentrate • Ready to Drink/ Juice Beverages do not contain any of the following known allergens: peanuts, tree nuts (pecans, walnuts, brazil, hazelnut, cashew, pine, macadamia, filbert, pistachios, almonds, or nut oils), shell fish, egg (dry whole eggs, egg whites, egg albumin, etc.), soy and soy byproducts (soy flour, soy meal, etc.), fish, wheat (flour, wheat, starch, wheat gluten, etc.) This statement applies to all variations of the above listed products. Food Allergen policy Each employee hired at Triple D Orchards, Inc is to be trained immediately regarding food allergens and the potential hazard that could affect customers. This training occurs upon hire, and once annually – or additionally as seen fit. Allergens of any sort are prohibited in the facilities, and sufficient hygienic procedures are to be followed after lunch, as well as at all times upon entering the production areas to prevent cross-contact of any allergens listed on the allergen statement.
