Wheat Germ (Wheat Germ)
Wheat Germ is produced from mechanical separation of the wheat kernel to remove the germ (embryo) component of the kernel. Germ is a raw product and has not been subjected to a stabilization process. Germ is an economical source of high-quality protein, B-complex vitamins and trace minerals. Wheat Germ is milled using Soft and /or Hard Winter Wheat.
