Polyglyceryl-2-Caprate (Sunsoft Q-10D-C) multi-functional water-in-oil (W/O) emulsifier liquid, to be used in topical Personal Care (Cosmetic) formulations. Plant derived diglyceryl monocaprate ester. An emulsifier with a HLB value of 9.5.
We state that allergens, as defined by the European Regulation 1223/2009 Annex III, are not intentionally added components of SUNSOFT Q-10D-C, according to the manufacturer's data and as supplied by IWASE COSFA USA. To the best of our knowledge, a presence in the product is not expected.
