A naturally flavored lemon icing for use on donuts, danishes, and other fine pastries. Must be heated to 100-110°F before use. Great drying qualities, shine, and appearance. Freeze-thaw stable.
Sugar, Water, Corn Syrup, Palm Oil, Contains 2% or less of the following: Mono & Diglycerides, Titanium Dioxide, Salt, Citric Acid, Locust Bean Gum, Agar, Corn Starch, FD&C Yellow #5, Potassium Sorbate (As Preservative), Natural Flavor.
