Raw, Macadamia kernel in a variety of styles (see MMSA’s published product specifications). Product packed in clear 5-layer polymer vacuum bags into 11.34kg boxes; product vacuumed, and gas flushed with CO2 (Aligal 2). Macadamia Kernels is distributed in Food grade containers. Loose packed or palletized in containers, as per customer preference under ambient conditions. Shelf-life: 18 Months from date of packing for raw Macadamia kernels, provided that the product is handled and stored in accordance with the storage guidelines. Shelf-life only guaranteed if product is stored in its original unopened packaging in a cool (Maximum 25°C), dry (±50% RH) with intact vacuum.
