APPLE PUREE CONC. 30/32 BRIX (CTMA025-701932)
Apple puree is produced from fresh, ripe and clean apples by careful mechanical processing, in order to preserve the typical characteristics of the fruit. No sweeteners, colourants or preservatives are used, ascorbic acid is added as antioxidant. The apples are washed, sorted, grinded and refined, subsequently the puree is concentrated to 30 °Brix.
After pasteurisation, the final product is filled aseptically.
