May 1st, 2020 Clear Import and Distribution LLC is the distributor of the following products: Organic Raw Peanut Organic Blanched Peanuts Organic Roasted Peanuts Split Organic Peanut Paste/Butter Clear Import and Distribution LLC hereby notifies all whom it may concern that these products ARE SOURCED FROM PEANUTS AND, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY WARRANTED TO BE FREE OF ALLERGENS, CONTAIN PEANUT ALLERGENS. Clear Import and Distribution LLC draws attention to all of its clients that there are persons who are allergic to peanuts, among whom there is a small number of persons who are morbidly allergic. It is required that all customers of Clear Import and Distribution LLC who purchase these ingredients list the words PEANUT somewhere on the ingredient label or, lacking that, then in some other prominent place on the packaging in order to notify the consumer that the product contains ingredients that come from a facility where peanuts are processed.
