Allergen Statement Of the major food allergens: milk, eggs, fish, Crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, mustard and soybeans; only wheat, mustard and soybeans are of any risk of having been in contact with the beans. The Viterra Pulse facilities are dedicated to processing only pulses. There is no risk of cross contamination within our processing facilities. Wheat seeds, mustard seed and soybeans may be present in the raw material due to crop rotations and on-farm practices (present as dockage). Grades are applied according to Canadian Grading Standards and/or customer specifications. Beans are dry cleaned (over sieves and screens) prior to shipment, processes intended to remove dockage but trace amounts may still be present. We cannot guarantee that our products are 100% free from all traces of wheat, mustard or soybeans in the final product. To minimize the risk, farmers are asked to use certified seed, to observe appropriate crop rotations and to clean out planting and harvesting equipment.
