Beta Rich Hop Extract (BRHE)
BRHE ist eine Hopfenextrakt-Fraktion, welche
überwiegend die Hopfen-Beta-Säure enthält. Im Anschluss
an die Extraktion von natürlichem Hopfen mit
überkritischem Kohlendioxid wird mehrheitlich die Beta-Säurefraktion in mehreren Prozessstufen separiert und in lebensmittelechtem Propylenglykol
gelöst.
