Marzolino Chianti delle Colline Pisane (MZCP)
It’s a delicious Tuscany sheep cheese presented in a distintive rounded trapezoidal form. The texture is tender and the flavour sweet, whilst the rind, being treated with tomato concentrate gives a lovely warm mottled red colour as well as extending the shelf life.
Pasteurized sheep MILK, salt, rennet, bacterial cultures. Treated on surface with tomato concentrate and preservative: E235, E203.
