Chicken neck ground (Chicken neck ground)

Chicken necks ground is from fresh chicken necks, including skin, flesh and accompanying bones, exclusive of heads, feet, viscera/entrails. The raw material is received fresh and sourced from animals that have been slaughtered in CFIA/USDA inspected facilities. The product is to have a clean fresh chicken aroma with no putrid, rancid, sour, or non-typical odours. This product is free from foreign materials and contaminants. The finished product should be denatured with an approved denaturant (black) as required/ approved by regulatory authorities, and in agreement with BHJ, visible through the packaging wrap. The product is frozen and transported with cold chain control at or below -18°C.
