Sucroal S.A. hereby declares that our product Citric Acid Anhydrous manufactured within our facilities no allergenic raw materials are used/added in the production process of our products. For this reason, Sucroal S.A guarantees that our products do not contain any spices, flavorings or colorings or any of the commonly recognized sources of allergenic responses or its derivatives as milk & milk products, eggs & egg products, fish, mollusks, crustacean shellfish, coconut, wheat, rye, barley, oats and their hybrid strains, soybeans, sesame seeds, sulfites and sulfur dioxide, gluten, coconut, mustard, celery, legumes, lupin, peanuts, tree nuts as stone fruits (Prunus dulcis, Prunus Amygdalus, Amygdalus communis L.), hazelnuts (Corylus spp.), Chinquapin, cashew nuts (Anacardium occidentale), Beech nut, Brazil nuts or Pará nuts (Bertholletia excelsa), Macadamias (Macadamia spp.), Butternut, Walnuts (Juglans spp.), pecan nuts (Carya spp.), pistachios (Pistacia spp.), Ginko nut, Hickory nut, Lichee nut, pine Nuts (Pinus spp.), Sheanut, Pine nut, Pili nut, Sheanut, Triticale and chestnuts (Castanea spp.). The Sucroal S.A. products do not contain sulfites and latex. Nor are any of the substances mentioned above used in any way in the manufacture of Citric Acid Anhydrous and Citrates. Sucroal S.A. does not use raw materials from allergen sources. Sucroal S.A complies with the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (FALCPA).
