The IQF seasoned roasted product shall have a roasted color and appearance, exhibiting some blistering and/or slight browning on the edge. The roasted skin-on Russet potatoes are cut into 8-cut wedges, then sliced into approximate 3/4" lengths. The product is lightly seasoned with a blend of garlic and other herbs.
