The nutritional tables of our products are elaborated exclusively by external laboratories that have the technical competence and the necessary accreditations to make this work, guaranteeing reliable results and in accordance with the applicable regulations. 2. As a chemical industry dedicated to the commercialization of raw materials, including food additives, we are not required by law to generate nutritional tables, since these are mainly required for products destined to the final consumer, according to Resolution 810 of 2021 and Resolution 2492 of 2022 of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of Colombia. 3. The information presented in the nutritional tables is contemplated per 100 grams or 100 milliliters of product. In the specific case of calories, this value is obtained through a theoretical calculation indicated in Resolution 810 and 2492 of the Colombian standards. This approach is consistent with best practices and with the specific requirements of our customers, who can integrate this information into their own labeling and regulatory compliance processes. This statement seeks to reiterate our commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance, ensuring that the data provided to our customers is generated under quality standards and in compliance with the relevant regulatory provisions.
