Pork Liver - Inedible (Pork Liver - Inedible)

Frozen Pork liver is derived from pork livers trimmed free of all excess fat and/or gall bladder. The raw material is received fresh and sourced from animals that have been slaughtered in CFIA/USDA inspected facilities. The product is to be dark red in colour and have a clean fresh pork aroma with no putrid, rancid, sour, or non-typical odours. This product is free from foreign materials and contaminants. The finished product should be denatured with an approved denaturant (black) as required/ approved by regulatory authorities, and in agreement with BHJ, visible through the packaging wrap. The product is frozen and transported with cold chain control at or below -18°C.
