Organic Almond Butter (HTN156-007)
Almond Butter is ground from natural roasted almonds grown in california. The almonds are mechanically harvested from the almond tree, hulled, shelled, sorted (to ensure a sound, consistent product), pasteurized, dried, electronically sorted (for defects) and roasted. The almonds are milled into a paste and cooled. The paste is metal detected inmediately before packaging at 1.5 mm ferrous, 2.0 mm non-ferrous amnd 2.5mm stainless steel.
Creamy off white colored homogenized paste with Org Almond as only ingredient.
