A tangerine-flavored icing for use on donuts, rolls, danishes, and other fine pastries. Must be heated to 100-110°F before use. Great drying qualities, shine, and appearance. Freeze-thaw stable.
Sugar, Water, Corn Syrup, Palm Oil, Contains 2% or Less of the following: Mono & Diglycerides, Titanium Dioxide, Salt, Citric Acid, Locust Bean Gum, Agar, Corn Starch, Potassium Sorbate (As Preservative), Color (FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Yellow #6), Natural and Artificial Flavor.
