Grade A UHT Skim Milk (76850 9904)

It is possible that all top 9 allergens can be processed in our plant at any time. This is due to the fact that we routinely run feasibility trials for other customers that may contain any of the top 9 allergens. There are controls in place to prevent cross contamination between allergen types, which includes cleaning, and allergen verification testing on the product. All employees that are in high risk allergen production areas receive extra allergen control and cross contamination training. Currently the main allergens in our plant are: Milk, Soy (Soy Lethicin).
