Red Lentil Flour 50 (SRLF-50)
Please refer to AGT Foods Minot Allergen Policy. There are no allergen containing products handled onsite. AGT Foods handles pulse crops only (peas, lentils, chickpeas, beans). There is a possible risk that the incoming raw materials may contain allergenic materials (soy, cereals containing gluten) due to cross-contamination at the farm level, from loading equipment, growers' bins, and the field. AGT Foods effectively controls allergen levels on finished products up to the following:
<20ppm gluten
<2.5ppm soy flour
