Major food allergens are defined in the Unites States Code, Title 21, Section 321 as wheat, crustacean shellfish, eggs, tree nuts, milk, unprocessed soy, fish, peanuts and ingredients containing protein from these foods. Highly refined oils are not considered allergens under this definition. This product also does not contain any ingredients or proteins, including gluten, derived from wheat, rye, barley, oats and/or their hybrids.
