Liquid Sucrose and Simple Syrup (51724)

The product is manufactured based on white sugar and water. It is free from floc formation presence. Batch pasteurization is performed by dissolving granulated sugar in 90°C water. The G72 product is stored at a temperature of approx. 60°C.
