DRY MEXICAN MOLE SPICE BLEND (H510)
We hand blend ancho and chipotle chile with chocolate and other spices to make our Dry Mexican Mole Spice, a convenient, time-saving dry spice mix for the famously labor-intensive sauce ubiquitous to Mexican cuisine. Deep, dark red in color, it balances flavors of spicy chiles and sweet chocolate.
Ground chiles, paprika, brown sugar, spices, salt, cocoa powder, molasses powder (refiners syrup, cane molasses), granulated garlic, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
