All-O-Wheat Whole Wheat Flour 20 kg (5510010)

This flour is produced by grinding and bolting both the endosperm and bran coat of the top milling grades of hard red spring wheat to meet the requirements of the Food and Drug Regulations. The special treatment of this flour produces high volume baked goods. This flour contains 11-13% bran and germ.
