“TPI-44” is a manufactured product consisting of food grade chemicals that allows for short developmental time in yeast-raising baked goods. In a single mixing step, you get proper dough development, which reduces labor and production time.
Directions: Use at 2% based on wheat flour with water being a variable at approximately 56%: 10-lbs flour…..3.2-oz, 25-lbs flour…..8.0-oz, 50-lbs flour…..16.0-oz
