This product is a pure plant extract, derived from the bark and stems of the Quillaja Tree (Quillaja saponaria Molina). For use in food, beverage, cosmetic, and dietary supplement applications under U.S. FDA CFR #172.510. Store in a moisture tight container, in a dry environment (< 50% R.H.) at temperatures between 5o to 20o C. Protect from microbial contamination. Shelf life is a minimum of two years.
