DICALITE SPEED PLUS (Flux-Calcined Diatomaceous Earth)

Diatomaceous earth (DE) is mostly comprised of SiO2, a naturally occurring mineral formed from the microscopic shells of fossilized plankton. As such, it is considered nonagricultural or “nonorganic” in origin and can be found on the list of substances allowed as ingredients in or on processed products labeled as “organic”. Dicalite Calcined and Natural DE products contain only DE or processed DE. Dicalite Flux-Calcined DE is processed with a proprietary inorganic mineral fluxing agent. All Dicalite products are processed at very high temperatures and contain (as manufactured) NO ORGANIC MATERIAL.
