Citation™ 100B is an NF grade light mineral oil that meets or exceeds the FDA’s requirements as promulgated under 21 CFR 178.878, 178.3620(a), and 573.680. Citation™ 100B meets 16 CFR 1700.14 requirements for Substances Requiring Special Packaging. This product additionally meets the requirements for NSF H1 and 3H. Citation™ 100B is manufactured in conformity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This product may contain up to 10ppm of tocopherol as an antioxidant. Citation™ 100B is not intended to be used as an active pharmaceutical ingredient or for specialist applications, such as parenteral, ocular, inhalation, open wound use, or applications that require sterile and/or pyrogen-free excipients.
When stored in its original, unopened container at 60-80°F, this product has an unlimited shelf life. Avoid exposure to extremely high or low temperatures. It is advisable to retest functional parameters after 2 years.
