In accordance with the US Food and Drug Administration’s guideline, Maple Leaf Cheesemakers Inc. has implemented allergen cross-contact control measures to protect our consumers from allergen exposure. The only allergen present in Maple Leaf’s products is Milk. No allergens, other than milk, are used in the production of our products.
