Vegetable Based Stearic Acid Kosher (TRV1890K)

Twin Rivers Technologies’ TRV1890K is produced entirely from naturally occurring soybean oil sources. This particular oil source does not contain Allergens*. The soybean oils used by Twin Rivers Technologies are all highly refined oils and are exempt from the allergen labeling regulations mandated by the US Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA). Highly refined oils are edible oils. The oils are extracted from soybeans and are de-gummed, neutralized, bleached, and deodorized. Benefits of the refining process are that undesirable free fatty acids, gums and phosphatides are removed, eliminating undesired odors and imparting uniform color and consistency to the oil. The resulting oil is virtually free of allergenic proteins, according to the Institute of Shortening and Edible Oils (ISEO). No gluten/wheat, corn, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, sulfites, yeast starch, MSG, peanut, other nut, rice, sugar, Lupin products, celery products, sodium or soy potential allergens are present in TRT’s products.
