Allergens presence. For being a product that is used in many industries as raw material or ingredient, is due to consider as an analysis factor the presence of allergens. FDA believes that there is scientific consensus that the following foods can cause serious allergic reactions in some individuals and account for more than 90% of all food allergies: peanut, soybean, milk, eggs, fish, seafood, tree nuts and wheat. In our plant, virgin and sulphitated juice is processed using the same equipments and tanks, so between a product and another one the equipment are cleaned according procedures in order to avoid a crossed contamination. In addition to that, a series of analysis are made to each product elaborated in plant and SO 2 content is included.
