SWK Horseradish Cream Sauce - F131 (11381-30613)
Made with freshly grated horseradish roots (Botanical Name: Chochlearia armoracia). Color and appearance is white to light white-tan with occasional light colored flecks throughout. Aroma is that of pungent vinegar and ground horseradish in a smooth, creamy base. Flavor is that of moderate ground horseradish hotness accompanied by a creamy mayonnaise base. Consistency is thick and clings to a spoon; may be very slightly pourable. Texture is that of a creamy base with fiberous ground horseradish root (consisting of fiberous root materials with juice).
