Grape Red Juice Conc. 68 Brix (10558)

Red Grape Juice Concentrate is made from 100% Red Grapes. Processing and filtering aids are required to clarify all Red Grape Juices and Concentrated. There include up to 0.045% of an NOP pectinase and up to 2.5% filter aid (diatomaceous earth or perlite). Enzymes are added to the mash to remove the natural fruit pectin and starches in the fruit. Since the enzymes are NOP, they do not contain any GMOs. All enzymes used are certified Halal and inactivated by the heat of pasteurization and the heat of evaporation used to produce a high brix concentrate. After being decanted, only the juice is sent forward to be filtered, where the filter aid is filtered out. Annually we test fruit commodity for metals and pesticides from an independent lab.
