Premium Lard 20 kg (HRLD 3504)

Rendered, refined and deodorized pork fat (non-hydrogenated), made with excellent creaming ability and a smooth texture for baked goods. It makes a light and flaky pie and tart shell, can be used in deep fat frying applications, excellent for fish, chips and other fried foods.
Ingredients: Deodorized Lard and Citric Acid added to help protect flavor
