Karla Claified Butter BUTTER Karla Clarified (LK04)

Karla butter bright creamy/yellow with a characteristic butter flavour free from rancid, sour, cowy, musty or other foreign flavours and manufactured from butter or fresh cream by process of melting or concentration and phase inversion, pasteurisation (typically 90 C for 15 seconds), concentration by separation under vacuum to the specified composition and filling (without spillage of product onto the outside surface of the packaging) into retail containers. Cooling conditions to be such as to promote large crystals and granular texture per previously approved batches.
