KIWI, SLICED (F80)
Kiwi is native to China and is popularly many different regions of the world, including New Zealand and the United States.
Botanically considered a berry, kiwi grows on a woody vine and contains rows of tiny black seeds. Once known as Chinese gooseberry, New Zealanders named the fruit after the kiwi, a flightless bird native to the island country.
Kiwi contains many vitamins, minerals and nutrients, including more vitamin C than oranges.
Kiwi, sugar, citric acid, sulfur dioxide, FD&C yellow #5 and blue #1.
