Lemon Juice NFC (NIA201)
The product is 100% pure and natural, obtained exclusively from material of vegetable origin (Lemons of the species Citrus Limon) ripe and healthy fruit, selected and harvested at appropriate time in season, by physical process (extracting and pasteurization) without addition of any additives, such as: pigments, preservatives, sugar, coloring agents or gelatin and which preserved exclusively through physical means.
The product is food grade and fits for human consumption, produced and packed under permanent and strict supervision following worldwide sanitary regulations and according to food safety standards.
The product is SQF, Kosher, Halal and SGF/IRMA certified, having as main uses manufacture of juices, nectars, beverages, isotonic and soft drinks.
The product is free from allergens listed on the EU Directive 1169/2011, ALBA list.
The product does not contain any Genetic Modified Ingredient, not even is manufactured from genetically modified raw material. This ingredient is considered NOT genetically modified or NOT derived from a genetically modified organism as defined by the EC regulations 1830/2003/EC on labeling and traceability and 1829/2003/EC on genetically modified food and feed and their amending legislation.
The residues of heavy metals and agro-chemicals are in accordance with the permitted limits established by the Brazilian Agriculture Ministry and comply with the Codex Alimentarius, EU Legislation and AIJN Code of Practice
