Lemon Rind Granule 2-12mm (LRG2-12)
The colour is yellow/green, pale-white, white. Taste and aroma is pungent, with a bitterness typical of lemon rind. The form/texture ranges from coarse granular pieces of approx. 12mm in size to a fine granular pieces of approx. 2mm. Deviations in size may occur i.e. 10% of fines <1mm may be present and the “upper limit” of 12mm is not defined by a sieve screen size and the process will deliver irregular sizes.
