LIME ESSENTIAL OIL WASHED (DQG41812)
The essential oil is mixed with solvents (ethanol and water) to extract the flavoring components. Two phases are obtained
(oily-aqueous), the phases are decanted, and the washed oil is obtained, which makes it an excellent flavor base. It is
soluble in most fixed oils and in mineral oil. It is insoluble propylene glycol, water ang in glycerin.
