Lime Juice Concentrate 450 GPL (17911000)

Lime Juice Concentrate is a viscous light yellow to amber clear liquid made solely from the juice of properly matured, wholesome Limes (Citrus Aurantifolia s.). The juice concentrate shall be processed under sanitary conditions in accordance with HACCP and GMP regulations FDA 21 CFR Part 120 and Part 110. The juice is expressed and clarified by membrane process/cross-flow filtrations and concentrated using equipment designed to minimize time/temperature and aeration abuse, thereby retaining superior flavor and color. The juice is free from additives other than the SO2 used as a preservative.
