White or almost white, very fine, light powder, greasy to the touch, practically insoluble in water and ethanol.
Magnesium salt of vegetable fatty acids, kosher and RSPO Mass Balance certified, consisting mainly of stearic acid and palmitic acid.
Precipitated Magnesium Stearate with high specific surface area. This high quality product is dedicated to special applications in the food industry and complies with the FDA regulations for direct food contact (GRAS) and the latest Food Chemical Codex (FCC), JECFA and European regulation E-470-B.
