Properly ripened Kaew mangoes are washed, peeled, and cut into pieces according to the required size specifications. After undergoing the IQF process, the frozen mango pieces are sieved to separate the diced Kaew mango from the Grade B product. Grade B consists of smaller fragments and irregularly shaped mango pieces, which are then inspected to remove defects. The final product consists of IQF Kaew mango fragments and irregular pieces, suitable for further processing or use as an ingredient.
