Mango puree aseptic (Mango puree aseptic)
Mango puree is a fermentable but not fermented smooth yellow or orange, cloudy and viscous liquid prepared from clean, mature and sound mango fruits (magnifera indica). Mango puree is obtained clean, mature mango fruits, which is mechanically processed to collect pulp. Pips and peel are removed and final puree is screened before standardising of final product. Once final product tank is standardised, (ensure pH below 4.0, adding of ascorbic acid for colour retention), product is pasteurised to render commercially sterile product. The product is manufactured from mango fruits (magnifera Indica) with no other juice added. It shall contain no added sugars, acids, colorants or preservatives
