Derived from the bark of the massoia tree, its main component is lactone which used for food flavouring, as an additive in butter and milk flavour. ~ All the Massoia Bark Oil in the world is produced in Irian Jaya and Papua region because of the geographic conditions being appropriate and unique. Massoia trees grow best in rainforests between 400m and 1000m altitude.
This is to certify Van Aroma concerned parties that to the best of our knowledge, the item produced by Van Aroma does not contribute to the nutritional value of flavors due to its extremely low usage levels and therefore falls under the nutritional labeling exemption defined in the Code of Federal Regulations Title 21 section 101.9 (a) and (j).
