MicroGARD® 100 Grade A Dairy - 50 LBS is a cultured non-fat dry milk based food, produced through the natural fermentation of traditional starter cultures with a long safe history of use in foods. Like other fermented products it has a complex and undefined composition. All milk used to produce MicroGARD 100 originated from cows that were not treated (supplier certified) with recombinant bovine somatotropin (rBST) also known as recombinant bovine growth hormone and is certified Grade "A" by the USDA.
