IQF Red Dragon Fruit is made from fresh, ripe red dragon fruit that has been carefully selected, peeled, and cut into desired shapes such as dices, chunks, or slices. The fruit is then individually quick frozen (IQF) to preserve its natural color, flavor, texture, and nutritional value. It has a vibrant deep magenta color with small edible black seeds and a mildly sweet taste.
