Thymly’s Mold Out is an off-white, free flowing powder with a fruity acidic aroma. The product offers a “clean label” alternative to chemical preservatives, utilized to control mold growth in a variety of finished baked goods. For Chemically Leavened Products: Our recommended usage level is 0.25% -1.75% total batch weight, with an optimal rate determined by testing and application. For Yeast Leavened Products: Our recommended usage level is 0.25% -0.75% total batch weight, with an optimal rate determined by testing and application.
